Only what you send us. The enquiry form asks for your name, email and a phone number, and — if you fill them in — your country, the journey you are asking about, when you want to travel, how many of you there are and a message. We need that to write you an itinerary and a price, and to call or message you about it.

If you write by email or WhatsApp instead, we hold that conversation in the office mailbox or on that phone, in the same way any business keeps its correspondence.

An enquiry is delivered straight to the company mailbox at Hostinger and read by the two curators who plan the journeys. It is not passed to anyone else, it is not sold, and it is not used for marketing lists.

If you book, we pass only what a supplier must have — the names on the rooms, a flight or permit application, a driver's pick-up details — to the hotels, airlines, permit offices and guides on your itinerary.

Enquiries that come to nothing are kept for two years, so that we can pick up the thread if you write again. Bookings are kept for as long as Indian tax and company law requires.

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party advertising trackers. Nothing here follows you to other websites.

The site is served by Vercel, which keeps ordinary server logs (the page requested, the time, a rough location from the network address) for security and reliability. Films from our YouTube channel play only after you press play, so YouTube sees nothing about you until you do.

Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it or delete it and we will, unless we are required to keep it — a tax record, for example. One email to the address above is enough; no form.

The site is meant for adults planning travel. We do not knowingly collect anything about a child except the names and ages of children travelling with a family, which their parent gives us.
